AT&T APN Settings Galaxy S5

Do you have difficulties with Internet connectivity, either through your AT&T mobile network or Wireless? Issues with sending or receiving MMS messages and connecting with the Internet using your Galaxy S5 AT&T mobile network could be caused by the incorrect APN settings on your device.

The access point name (APN) is normally set standard when you buy your Samsung Galaxy S5. However, if you have an unlocked S5, or a phone that was previously connected to the Mobile Network of a provider other than AT&T, you need to reset the APN settings to make sure it works with the AT&T mobile network.

The apn settings for at&t for your Galaxy S5 consist of a combination of values that you need to enter on your device (assuming it’s unlocked, otherwise you have to unlock it first). Mobile data through ATT will be enabled again after you’ve saved and restarted your Galaxy S5 again.

Make sure your mobile data is turned on again and open the Internet Browser on your S5. You should be able to access the Internet again and receive and send MMS messages.

If you do not want to use ATT you can always opt for another carrier. There seems to be some wireless competition at last.
